Office White Noise

I found a computer chip in my office that I believe is some sort of tracking device.Does anyone know if it is?

I found a 1X2 Inch. computer chip with a magnet stuck to the back of the desk in my office. I found it because it was making a high pitched rapid beeping noise. It has three silver circles of different sizes one being the battery. Another is the magnet, and I cant tell what the third one is. The green side of the computer chip itself has the word “ANNOY” written on it in small white letters. The chip has two switches one which makes the noise turn on and off (possibly an on/off switch). The other has 4 three different selections and they just change the pitch of the noise. The underside of this device is tan in color and has a small hole cut out where the speaker is. Thanks for any help
